Oh, yeah, I understood the reference! (If not exactly its historical roots.) I just found "Lord Horny" amusing in the context of its modern slang connotations— especially since the Pict's news photographers were some sort of imp (?) called "chads" (apparently in reference to a kind of WWII-era graffiti meme, but of course my first thought was of the internet slang).
