Ooooh curious - how did you feel about the portrayal of the demi-Gods in Barker's Silence of the Girls? The concept of Achilles as sort of fundamentally unhappy/torn because he was always longing for the salt of the sea (and his mother) was very evocative/interesting to me.

I have got to read An Orestia. Was comparing translation notes with a friend and it looks absolutely great! Very evocative.
