I read Sayers' books out of order - starting with the Peter Wimsey/Harriet Vane ones - so I hadn't realized Marjorie Phelps was a returning character, the first time! (I have to confess, I probably wouldn't have realized it this time, either, if the narrative hadn't helpfully reminded me. :P It's been a minute since I read these books!)
